We are looking for help in the kitchen!

We are Het Concerthuis, a bar where you can eat all day and we need help in the kitchen. Do you want to work with us?

What are we looking for?

- You are willing to learn
- You handle stress well
- Have experience in working in the kitchen
- You have an interest in vegan and vegetarian cuisine
- Speak English quite well
- Are flexible
- Want to work parttime (with a minimum of two days).

CHEF CLEANING 24-28 hrs/pw

For our three restaurant/bars in the city, we are looking for a chef cleaning!

As chef of cleaning, you lead the team of cleaners, that will clean and maintain the three businesses every day. A significant part of your role is organizational, meaning strong planning and structuring skills are essential. Working in a structured manner is key, and clear communication is necessary to keep everything running smoothly.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on mentality that is not afraid to work hard, alongside the team, and lead by example. You motivate the team, creating a positive work environment. You will be the communication line between the team and the management. You have a strong focus on quality, you work thoroughly and check your own and others work regularly.

You are responsible for ordering supplies, keeping stock orderly and tidy, making cleaning staff schedules, arranging replacements in case of illness and implementing improvement and deep clean projects that we define together. The most important task you have is making sure all spaces of the businesses are presentable for guests.

It would be a definite plus if you are able to do (light) repair work and have some technical insight. Availability on the weekends (but not necessarily all) is paramount.


What do we offer you?
Salary and employment conditions in accordance with the Horeca Collective Labor Agreement, job scale 4 of 5, with a gross salary of € 2,378.79 - € 2,419.75 based on a 38-hour working week. Classification is based on experience and is a starting point. We always strive for a healthy balance between work and private life and value the distinction between 'weekend' and 'free time', also for you! We offer plenty of room for personal and professional development. You have a semi-flexible rooster, which you can determine yourself, and you work in a good and loyal team with a good atmosphere.
