To keep everything running smoothly, we are looking for an Assistant Manager who is not afraid to take responsibility and help us take this wonderful company to the next level.
What are you going to do:
You are the manager's right hand. When it's busy, you are at the forefront. If something needs to be arranged, you take care of it.
• You help run the business from opening to closing
• You manage the team and ensure everyone stays sharp
• You ensure that guests get what they came for: a good evening
• You organize and coordinate parties and events
• You are in contact with guests who want to rent our cellar or garden
• You are fully involved on the floor yourself
• You are there during peak times and holidays, because that is when it happens.
Who are you :
• You are available 38 hours per week
• You are flexible and willing to work weekends
• You are a hard worker and have a no-nonsense attitude
• You have, of course, experience in the hospitality industry
• You have experience in a managerial position (a must!)
• You can manage a team in a clear and firm manner
• You see what needs to be done and don't wait
• You keep a cool head when the place is packed
• You understand that details make the difference between “fine” and “great evening”
• You are ambitious and eager to advance in the hospitality industry

Kitchen Assistant (16 – 32 hours)
Do you love greasy burgers and would you rather be behind a good BBQ than behind a desk?
Great. Then we are looking for you.
The Dog’s Bollocks is immediately looking for a kitchen employee for 16 to 32 hours per week.
Experience is a plus, but certainly not a must. If you are motivated and eager to learn, we will teach you the rest.

In the kitchen, it's all about speed, teamwork, and, of course, building good burgers. That's why we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and wants to step on the gas with us.
What are you going to do:
You help out in the kitchen during dinner and busy evenings.
You prepare dishes and ensure that everything leaves the kitchen in perfect condition.
You help with preparations (mise en place)
Together with the team, you ensure a clean and organized kitchen.
You will learn step by step how it works in a professional catering kitchen.
You are fully involved during peak times and weekends, because that is when it all happens.
Who are you:
You are available between 16 and 32 hours per week
You are flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends
You like to get things done and have a no-nonsense mentality
You are motivated to learn
You work neatly and hygienically
Hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
