Poké Spot opened in Groningen in 2019 with the goal of serving the best poké bowls daily using the healthiest and freshest ingredients. Fresh fish and vegetables are delivered daily. Our team works closely with suppliers to guarantee quality.
Together with Klaas de Jong, we communicated extensively about the interior of Poké Spot. We believe it is important that everyone feels at home with us, which is why we used many warm colors that you can see reflected in our interior.
You can choose to enjoy your poké bowl comfortably inside with us or take it home. Additionally, the poké bowl can also be delivered to your home!
Poke Spot is the poké bowl restaurant in the heart of Groningen. We serve various poké bowls and salads, and are also open for a cup of coffee or beer/wine. For our concept of hip and healthy ‘fast’ food, we are looking for a waiter/waitress for the evening hours.
As a service employee, you are responsible for serving (and preparing) drinks and poke bowls. Additionally, you explain the concept and advise on the ingredients and composition of the poke bowl.

Do you enjoy getting creative with fresh ingredients? As a Poké Artist, you will work with various types of products and prepare different fresh poke bowls according to the customer's wishes.
As a Poké Artist, you are responsible for creating and preparing various poké bowls. You explain the concept and ensure the dishes are prepared. You also advise customers on the ingredients and composition of their poké bowl.
