Fareeda, a true Groninger, has years of experience in the hospitality industry. Until recently, you could taste her dishes at Restaurant Achterwerk. There, she created entirely plant-based menus with great creativity.
Sieta, imported from Friesland, has been living in this beautiful city for 20 years now. She has run Pernikkel with great pleasure for the past 7 years.
