What is the Green Choice subscription?

Participating hospitality businesses have at least two dishes on the menu year-round that consist of at least 80% local products. These dishes are identifiable on the menu by the Green Choice icon — this may, of course, change throughout the year. By participating, you demonstrate that you are contributing to a more sustainable hospitality industry in Groningen.
