And the holidays are over again! The signs and banners with the text “we are going back to school” are appearing, and there is a buzz on the streets once more.

But the sun is still shining so beautifully this week, and that does give rise to a slight feeling of nostalgia. Nostalgia for the summer holidays, the extremely lovely weather of the last weeks of August, the outdoor life; letting ourselves be recharged by the sun… living like kings. There is help, or rather, a medicine: packaged in a frosted bottle; dosage: a minimum of 2 glasses per day to be taken before, during, or after meals. Unfortunately, it is not yet available without a co-payment from the health insurance package, but I am going to make a strong case for it: Domaine Saint Ferréol Coteaux Varois en Provence 2011. Seductive and characteristic Provençal rosé with the distinctive salmon color and refined dry taste. The vineyards feature the classic Southern French blend for rosé: Grenache (60%), Cinsault (30%), and Syrah (10%).
