Who puts out the fire?! Who puts it out?! Who makes sure he keeps his mouth shut?!
It really is the week of putting out fires; acquittals and catching the perpetrators. A lot of shouting, but little substance.
Perhaps Emile wants to join the volunteer fire brigade, because the coals can never be hot enough for him... well (kaaa), and once you're extinguished (raged), I'd love to quench the fire with our Chakana wines.
Hot hot from Mendoza, Argentina : Syrah from Chakana EstateChakana Wines is a small family business in the Lujan de Cuyo region, just south of the city of Mendoza in Argentina. Unlike many large-scale producers, Chakana cherishes its small-scale approach and makes wine exclusively from its own vineyards. Moreover, these vineyards are located in the immediate vicinity of the cellar, allowing the grapes to be processed quickly and in optimal condition. Deep red color and a powerful, fruity aroma with nuances of blueberries and blackberries. The taste is balanced, round, and has a persistent finish. The mild tannins provide structure and length. A fine wine with grilled meats, game dishes, or spicy cheeses. Now that’s something I get excited about!
