You bring the passion
We are looking for a junior sous chef to complement our fantastic kitchen brigade. As a junior sous chef, you are one of the most important links in the kitchen team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests are provided with an unforgettable meal. Whether it is a table for two or a party with two hundred guests, our guests deserve nothing but the very best.
In our kitchen, everything revolves around the highest quality, honest (local) products, originality, ingenuity, and perfection. The ability to work well together and the willingness to share ideas is a must. You are responsible for your own department and report to the Chef. We are looking for someone with experience in a good establishment who is ready for the next step. The position of Junior Sous-Chef is a creative role that requires passion and commitment.

What do we expect from you?
- You have completed a relevant vocational qualification at Dutch MBO level;
- You have a command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
- You excel at your craft and have experience cooking to a high standard;
- You are passionate about responsibly sourced ingredients;
- You are a team player and open to learning from others;
- You want to work with some of Groningen's most talented and enjoyable chefs.
