De Markies is an atmospheric dinner café located in the Oranjebuurt, right next to the Noorderplantsoen.
In addition to the à la carte menu, we also offer guests the option of choosing a ‘Markies’ menu. This is a full, multi-course menu. The cuisine is fundamentally French, but also incorporates influences from other parts of the world.
What are we looking for?
A sociable person, good conversational skills, recognition by regulars, and an enthusiastic attitude are very important. Especially in a diner cafe located in such a nice area as the Oranjebuurt.
Fast learner, you easily learn new dishes. You enjoy this and are curious.
