**Vacancy: Head Chef for a Cozy Eatery in Groningen**
Are you an enthusiastic, experienced chef who enjoys working in a cozy and dynamic eatery? Do you have a passion for cooking, are you creative in the kitchen, and do you like working in a close-knit team? Then we are looking for you!
**What will you do?**
As sous chef, you share responsibility for the kitchen with the head chef. You prepare, cook and present dishes and help develop new menus. You lead the kitchen team, ensuring a smooth, efficient workflow during busy services, while maintaining food quality and hygiene.
**What are we looking for?**
- At least two years of experience as a sous chef or chef in a similar setting.
- A passion for cooking and working with fresh ingredients.
- Experience leading a team and enjoyment of a friendly, informal workplace.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to the highest quality.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements.
- The ability to handle busy periods and keep an overview in a fast-changing environment.
