Charl Delemarre (1990) is a world traveler, singer, and songwriter. Four years ago, he traveled by motorcycle from South India to the Himalayas and taught himself to play guitar there.
A wandering, somewhat tormented troubadour on the warpath, with a backpack full of personal songs. Straight from the heart and drawn from life. In 2014, he won the Grote Prijs van Nederland, released his EP ‘De Bekentenis’ (featuring the single ‘Zonder Jou’), and has already appeared on De Wereld Draait Door four times this year.
Charl Delemarre will also perform at the upcoming edition of Noorderslag and has toured throughout the Netherlands with the Popronde over the past few months. Charl Delemarre will perform a late-night show at the Grand Theatre together with his band.
