Perhaps you have noticed it before: a beautiful, picturesque little building from the 16th century on the Schuitendiep. At number 42 you will find The Little ManorFor several years, Groningen's coziest living room restaurant has been run by Zaneta Nemcova and Elbrich Huisman.
The two owners are ready to welcome you from Tuesday through Saturday. Elbrich as hostess and Zaneta in the kitchen. Zaneta trained as a pastry chef in the Czech Republic and further specialized in hot cuisine in the Netherlands. Elbrich has worked in the hospitality industry since a young age and gained experience at various establishments to become the hostess she is today.
At De Kleine Heerlijkheid, you dine in a quiet, homey atmosphere. The fresh products are sourced locally, so the ladies and the guests know exactly where everything comes from. As much as possible is prepared in-house, from the cookie with coffee to the ice cream with dessert. The atmosphere is cozy and personal; you will be spoiled!
It is, as they say, small but perfectly formed!
