Editor Michael Simon: ‘The popularity of beer in the hospitality industry is driving the ever-growing demand for knowledge, information, tips, and advice about beer. In various areas. That is how the idea for the Day of Beer originated with us last year. We took it to the market and further developed our ideas in discussions with, among others, current partners Bier&cO and Swinkels Family Brewers.’
The Day of Beer is intended for hospitality entrepreneurs and managers in all segments of the hospitality industry. Participants can choose five sessions from fourteen different options. All these workshops last 45 minutes and are led by beer sommeliers, trainers, and experts. They have all earned their stripes in the beer industry over the past few years and will share their knowledge with participants of the Day of Beer in various workshops.

In addition to various knowledge sessions, there is also a plenary session, breaks, and a closing drinks reception. Registration for The Day of Beer is now open. More information can be found at www.dagvanhetbier.com.
