Oon Saturday, November 23, there will be in EM2 It Wild Festival Groningen organized. Brewers, winemakers, and cider houses are brought to Groningen from all over Europe to introduce visitors to really cool and unique products. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in oak barrels take center stage.
Over 600 tickets have already been sold for the festival. Beer geeks from all over Europe are coming to Groningen. Tickets can be purchased for either the afternoon or the evening session. The afternoon session is from 13:30 to 17:30. The evening session starts at 18:30 and ends at 22:30. The main focus is therefore on Saturday, but all kinds of cool side events are already being organized in the city starting Thursday. You can find all of this on the website under ’t Program heading.
There are also cool things in terms of food. There is a food court with Fermenthings from Brussels, Wilde Wadoesters from Lauwersoog, Wilde Slager uut Stad, and & Dhane Chocolate.
The organization is in the hands of Bierselect Groningen & Boilermaker.
