Heineken’s master brewers have spent a long time brewing and tasting to arrive at a great-tasting 0.0 beer: an alcohol-free beer with a refreshing and fruity taste, combined with a soft malty body. A 0.0 beer brewed with the quality you have come to expect from us since 1873: with natural ingredients and a refreshing taste thanks to Heineken’s unique A-yeast.
We are convinced that, with our new brewing techniques and the unique Heineken A-yeast, we have finally managed to create a refreshing 0.0. That is why we challenge everyone to taste it.
What makes Heineken 0.0 special is that the beer is double-brewed using the famous Heineken A yeast. Subsequently, the alcohol is removed at the end of the brewing process to achieve the best flavor.
Double brewing means that we brew two different streams which we ultimately combine to achieve the optimal taste for Heineken 0.0. How exactly this works naturally remains the brewer's secret.
Heineken 0.0 offers you a ‘real beer experience’ at a time when it is not responsible or desirable for you to drink alcohol. Additionally, Heineken 0.0 contains fewer calories (21 kcal per 100 ml vs. 42 kcal per 100 ml of regular Heineken).

Naturally, the switch to blue was exciting. Green is in our DNA, and it is the first time we are deviating from Heineken's familiar green. But at the same time, we believe it is important to clearly show the difference between alcoholic and non-alcoholic beer. That is why we chose to incorporate blue into the Heineken 0.0 packaging.
No, for Heineken 0.0 we use the Heineken Regular Pils Ellipse Glass.
Hospitality business owners and retailers determine the price for the consumer themselves. We recommend a price of €3.49 for a 6-pack of bottles and €4.29 for a 6-pack of cans.
The shelf life of Heineken 0.0 is 6 months. This is the same as Heineken Regular Pils.
The recommended drinking temperature is between 2 and 5 degrees. This is the same as Heineken Regular Pils.
Heineken 0.0 is from March 7 available at the supermarket (JUMBO & Albert Heijn) and restaurants and cafes in your neighborhood.
