With just one week to go until the eighth edition of HBNN19, we can already reveal that a packed and spectacular day program awaits our trade fair visitors on Monday, September 30.
Beer is increasingly being added to or paired with snacks or complete meals, so the possibilities with beer are endless. In our new beer & food street, you will meet brewers who can explain everything about the most diverse beer and food combinations. From tips to tasting and discovering which beer matches best with a dish or snack.
Our newest addition is the Experience Table, a table where trade fair visitors can follow free mini-masterclasses from exhibitors via headphones. Guests are taken on a journey through the exhibitor's story. From Tea Sommelier to Barista School, and from cocktail tasting to employee retention and sampling the latest soft drinks. Come to our Experience Table and pull up a chair for free for inspiring mini-masterclasses.

Come bid on beautiful regional products from local farmers and market gardeners and meet these versatile entrepreneurs at the ‘Lokaal Kilo’s Schuiven’ auction. Trust is becoming increasingly important in the food industry. People find it important to know where their food comes from, for example, what kind of life their meat has had. One solution is trading food locally with a short supply chain between the farmer and the consumer—in this case, the hospitality entrepreneur. In 4 auction rounds, we will introduce you to the finest products, so come along and join the bidding.

For ‘NNBKFor the professional competition of the North Netherlands Barista Championships, a very remarkable jury has even been assembled this year, so that promises to be something.
