Today we received the sad news that our good friend Ruëll Spanjer passed away very unexpectedly at the far too young age of 36.
Ruëll, known as DJ Ruëll in the Groningen dance scene and far beyond, was not only a successful DJ but also an organizer and producer, but above all a very creative, versatile, and pleasant person to work with and be around.
On behalf of myself and the entire team at Horecagroningen.nl, we wish his family, friends, fellow DJs, and acquaintances from the nightlife scene much strength in coping with this great loss. Groningen will become a bit quieter.
