Ineke de Boer signs pledge for the national initiative ‘Everything is Health….’

Last Monday, Ineke de Boer, director of Café de Sleutel and s’ Amuse Caterer, a pledge for the national initiative Alles is Gezondheid…. (AIG).

“We recently joined the Healthy Ageing Network Northern Netherlands (HANNN), and together with many other organizations, we are actively committed to a healthier Netherlands. We do this in various ways. For example, we offer our guests extra vegetables. This means that we slightly reduce the amount of meat in a Groningen stew or a Norman chicken dish, while increasing the amount of vegetables and fiber in the recipes. In addition, we always serve a salad with every meal,” says Ineke de Boer.
