On Saturday, February 4, the eighth edition of the Open Dutch Quiz Contest (ONQC) will be organized. This international quiz will once again take place in the atmospheric Martinikerk in Groningen. During the event, national and international teams will compete against each other to become the ‘Best Quiz Team of 2017’.
The quiz consists of two photo rounds, two music rounds, and five rounds of general knowledge questions. In addition, there is a unique, individual ‘fifty-fifty round’ where a nice prize can be won. The organization of the ONQC is handled by Progress Events.
Last year, Ernst Elzinga won the individual ‘Fifty-Fifty round’ and was therefore able to call himself the smartest person of the evening. Team ‘Spanish Inquizition’ became the big winner for the second time in a row and walked away with the grand prize. Will you and your quiz team take on the challenge to beat this team and approximately 90 other teams?
There are still places available to participate in the Open Dutch Quiz Contest 2017. Additionally, there is the opportunity to attend the 3-course dinner organized prior to the ONQC.
