Lennart Deddens from bar Mr. Mofongo in Groningen and known for the Cocktail Plaza & Spirits Hospitality Fair Northern Netherlands has been named Best Bartender of the Netherlands during the awards ceremony of the Entrance Hospitality & Style Awards 2015.
The expert jury praises the bartender's knowledge, skill, and creativity. “But the deciding factor was Deddens' personality and hospitality,” according to the four-member jury.
Lennart's reaction: “I am incredibly proud and happy to have been voted best bartender based on aspects that are personally of crucial importance to our profession. This is for my bar team at Mr. Mofongo and the rest of the crew with whom I work incredibly hard every day to ensure guests have a great experience.”
