A group of 15 enthusiastic participants who started in early January are presenting themselves as aspiring chefs and are waiting for you with tasty snacks. In the past few weeks, chefs Paul Rodenberg, Geer Vedder, and pastry chef Henk Timmerman have already acquired quite a few skills. Furthermore, various guest lecturers have already visited covering fish and meat preparation and the cultivation of oyster mushrooms.
