Ribhouse Bronco in Groningen wins Golden Tap Knob

Ribhouse Bronco is this year's lucky winner of the Golden Tap Button, part of the Goed Getapt quality program by HEINEKEN Netherlands.

With this award, they can call themselves the best hospitality establishment in the region. Ribhouse Bronco has been rated multiple times by mystery guests and has the best hospitality, the best service, and the best beer handling. The Silver Tap Knob went to Café Zaal Spoorzicht in Staphorst. Café Tjeukemeer in Oosterzee took home the Bronze Tap Knob.

Token of appreciation from our guests

Owner Just van Bodegom accepted this special award, which was presented by Michel Nijssen, Account Manager Northern Netherlands, HEINEKEN Netherlands, and is thrilled with the Golden Tap Knob. “It is fantastic that we have won. We participate in the Goed Getapt program to satisfy our guests and deliver higher quality. Winning the Golden Tap Knob is a true token of appreciation. And that is ultimately what we all do it for, together with our team!”

The presentation of the 2016 Gold, Silver, and Bronze Tap Knob is part of the Goed Getapt quality program by HEINEKEN Netherlands. “For more than ten years, we have been helping Dutch hospitality businesses achieve quality in hospitality, service, and beer handling through training and workshops,” says Michel Nijssen, Account Manager at HEINEKEN Netherlands. “We assess the hospitality businesses participating in the Goed Getapt program using mystery guests. In this way, we strive to ensure that guests at Ribhouse Bronco can enjoy their beer in the best possible way.”
