The successful twin brothers Jack and Pat Pierce from Melbourne are coming to Groningen after several popular performances at Lowlands, Pinkpop, and London Calling. On June 2, 2016, the Grand Theatre on the Grote Markt will host the energetic, cheerful folk-pop of the Pierce brothers.
Their musical career began in the shopping streets of Melbourne, but nowadays they play in fifteen different countries around the world at the most beautiful and biggest festivals. In May, the brothers will play at Paradiso Amsterdam; ticket sales are going fast.
In 2015, The Pierce Brothers were already welcomed as support for The Cap Empire in the Grand Theatre, but in June they will give a solo show. With their dreadlocks, acoustics, and multi-instrumentalism, they are known for worldly live shows full of boundless energy.
