About Dreams of Magnolia
The founding of Dreams of Magnolia, in 2010 by Hidde de Brabander, is preceded by a journey that takes him along beautiful roads with Landgoed Duin & Kruidberg*, de Librije ***, Parkheuvel ***, Patisserie de Rouw, Huize van Wely and Banketbakkerij Roodenrijs as a starting point.
In 2014, the television presenter of Net 5’s ‘Bake my Day’ can be added to that, and Hidde de Brabander has become an indispensable figure in the culinary world.
At Dreams of Magnolia, this years of experience is utilized daily in the creation of exceptional, handmade nougat, macarons, and a wide variety of other pastry products.

About Hidde
Hidde de Brabander is the man behind the founding of Dreams of Magnolia.
Thanks to his extensive training in both pastry making and in top-tier restaurants, he has created a unique blend to present the patisserie produced by Dreams of Magnolia in a style entirely his own.
In addition to the production process and his own innovation, Hidde is involved in product development for various other companies and teaches at schools in the Netherlands and Belgium.
He also speaks or demonstrates to (larger) groups of people about his patisserie, inspiration, and creativity.
